My name is Ayse Yaman.
I love cake decorating. I have completed all the Wilton cake decorating classes and had workshops with Colette Peters and chef James Rosselle. I am a member of International Cake Exploration Societe.
I have started to make cakes for my family and friends and I am still making for them. I just love to put a smile on their faces.
I am also still taking professional cake decorating classes and try to learn more about cake design. There are no rules or limits about the cake creativity. I just love it.
